Sun Valley Lake is right by the Hargus Lake Trail; Paint Creek has a great whitewater paddling spot close by. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Sun Valley Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lake Hill Campground is a great site for that; Sun Valley Lake Dam has delightful water scenery. After a long day outdoors Best Western Adena Inn is a good place to spend a night or two; a quick       visit to Anderson Run is without doubt a great idea. During the warmest time of the year at Sun Valley Lake highs are usually in the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are usually in the 30's, and night lows in the 10's for Sun Valley Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Squawroot Nature Trail is great fun, and there are plenty of folks from Chillicothe here. A typical amount of                  rainfall falls here at Sun Valley Lake; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is January. Dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Chillicothe, and a round of golf at nearby Chillicothe Jaycee Golf Course is a pleasant way to kill some time. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place!
