Summertime at Spring Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 60's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's with temperatures at Spring Lake dipping down into the 10's all through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Beach Trail is always a good adventure; not far from Spring Lake you acquire some nice water scenery at East Branch       Reservoir Dam. If you need a place to stay Baymont Inn and Suites Concord is a pleasant choice, and you can never get enough of the glorious skiing at Alpine Valley. Glide down the rapids of Paine Creek in a kayak, and nearby you stumble on the Erie Trail which is a great hiking trail. This lake is so wonderful. Get soaked paddling on Big Creek; if you're here and you like golf, you can pop by Rolling Green Golf Club. There are tremendous places to look                  at along the Iroquois Trail, and if you've had enough of Spring Lake, Sperry Pond is nearby. Having a good time at Spring Lake is easy. Spring Lake is not the only site nearby, East Branch Reservoir is a nearby lake, and Spring Lake is a fine place to visit for more than one day, Windrush Hollow Camp is a fine place to camp nearby. Spring Lake is a good place of common precipitation; most of the rain falls throughout September, and February meanwhile is the driest month.
