This lake is so wonderful. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Alpine Valley is in close proximity to Sperry Pond; the Erie Trail offers hiking at its best. Camping at Hosmer Lake is always a splendid experience,       and why not take a refreshing hike along the Iroquois Trail. There's some flowing water close by, Tare Creek is a stream you can visit while you're here; if you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Big Creek. Yeah, come here to Sperry Pond for a wonderful time. An afternoon playing golf at Grandview Golf Club is always a bliss; Paine Creek has a glorious whitewater paddling spot nearby. Dry warm beds await you at Renaissance                  Quail Hollow Resort, and Sperry Pond is right by the Beach Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such serene places, why not stop by East Branch Reservoir in close proximity to Sperry Pond, and if you're interested in hydro structures, you can have a look at East Branch Reservoir Dam. All through the warm months here at Sperry Pond, high temperatures regularly reach the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 60's. Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's; through the dark hours in the winter at Sperry Pond temperatures descend to the 10's.
