Throughout the days of summer, highs typically are in the 80's at Spear Pond while nighttime lows are regularly in the 60's. Take a hike on the Southwoods Trail, and if you come at the right time of year, Hall's Creek offers some good whitewater. Winding Creek Farms Pond is a delightful lake in the vicinity of Spear Pond, and the Lakeview Trail offers hiking at its best. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing things at Spear Pond.
