close to Smith Pond; Little Beaver Creek has a good whitewater paddling spot close by. Salem Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could go to, and going for a hike on the Dogwood Trail is always a brilliant adventure. Why not spend
some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Twin Springs Golf Course, and Smith Pond is a great place to visit for more than one day, Chaparral Family Campground is a great place to camp nearby.
This lake is so wonderful. You're
sure to run into some nice folks from East Liverpool-Salem here, and there are magnificent sites to look at along the Vondergreen Trail.
