If you like lakes and you're in this part of Ohio you can check out Smith Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Quality Inn & Suites is a good site to get some rest; if you came for an overnight stay Cherry Valley Camp Ground is a great site to camp. East Branch Middle Fork Little Beaver Creek flows through this vicinity, and lots of people from East Liverpool-Salem come here. That right there is lots already, but it keeps on going; Smith Pond has it all. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Youngstown (N. Lima/Boardman), and there is a brilliant hiking trail close by called the Pine Ridge Trail. of the ordinary thing to check out, and there are some perfect whitewater spots on Little Beaver Creek.
All through the summertime here at Smith Pond, high temperatures ordinarily get into the 80's; throughout summer nights temperatures
are in the 50's. Through the wintertime highs are typically in the 30's; through the dark hours in the wintertime at Smith Pond temperatures plunge to the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Little Beaver Creek
for all you adrenaline rush seekers. Smith Pond is a good site of common rainfall; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture.
