This is a pleasant area for people who like lakes. Bonnett Lake is a lake close at hand, and there's whitewater on Kokosing River for all you thrill seekers. Throughout the warmest time of the year at Round Lake temperatures are usually in the 80's, and the overnight is slightly cooler of course, generally in the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 30's; during the       dark hours in the winter at Round Lake temperatures sink to the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to nearby Odell Lake; why not visit nearby Crab Run since you're here at Round Lake. A perfect place to camp here at Round Lake is Long Lake Park and Campground, and if you need a spot to stay Ashland Super 8 is a brilliant choice. This lake is so wonderful. If you're here at Round Lake and you like                  golf, you can visit Round Lake Golf Club, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Clear Fork of Mohican. You'll meet a lot of people from Ashland here, and why not camp at Lake wapusun Campground since you're here at Round Lake.
