You'll need more than a day to explore everything Rose Lake has to offer, you can camp at Cherry Valley Camp Ground; on a pleasant day you can take a hike along the Dogwood Trail. Any time is a great time at Rose Lake if you go for the outdoors. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Little Beaver Creek; Rose Lake is a place with many visitors from Youngstown-Warren-Boardman.       Summertime highs at Rose Lake frequently tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the wintertime are in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Rose Lake. Rose Lake is a wonderful spot to camp, Chaparral Family Campground is a wonderful spot; for you golfers we recommend nearby Dogwood Golf Course. The Vondergreen Trail is a nice hiking trail near Rose Lake.
