Take a hike on the Lotus Cove Trail, and there are some glorious whitewater spots on Second Creek. Pschesang Lake is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Beechwood Acres Camping is a glorious local campground, and do pop by Winandi Reservoir, it's a beautiful lake. And if you're still looking for more outdoors cool things just keep reading. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Red Fox       Trail; a great nearby hotel is Best Western Mt. Orab Inn. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Green Meadows Campgrounds is always a wonderful experience, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Brushy Fork. A great deal of precipitation falls at Pschesang Lake; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain while February is generally the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do                  around Pschesang Lake; Emerald Woods Trail is a great local trail; Pschesang Lake Dam is a delightful place, undeniably worth a visit. Highs during the winter are ordinarily in the 30's with temperatures at Pschesang Lake dipping down into the 10's through winter nights.
