If you came for an overnight stay River's Bend Campgrounds is a delightful       site to camp, and dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Ripley, Wv. This lake is so wonderful. Near Porter Pond you locate the Riverview Trail which is a magnificent hiking trail; after a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel - Ripley is a nice site to spend a night or two.
