Pine Lake is a lake worth visiting. From a rain point of view Pine Lake is a pretty typical site; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain while January is frequently the driest month. If you came for an overnight stay Buffalo Trail Camping Area is a tremendous location to camp; Pine Lake is not far at all from Chillicothe. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the West Rim Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood,

| | and Sproat Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit.
Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this site. Pine Lake is close to Carney Hollow which is certainly worth a visit; a lake close by is Gillums Lake. High temperatures at Pine Lake during the summertime are in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows sink down to the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and night lows in the 10's for Pine Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Hocking River | |

A nice nearby hotel is Christopher Inn & Suites, and Forest Haven Campground is a good local campground. If the weather is good here at Pine Lake, you can go for a hike along the Gorge Trail, and Pine Lake Dam
is an attention-grabbing thing to check out. On a fine day at Pine Lake you can take a hike along the East Rim Trail, and if you need a site to stay Baymont Inn and Suites Chillicothe is a splendid choice.
