Pine Lake is a lake worth visiting. From a rain point of view Pine Lake is a pretty typical site; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain while January is frequently the driest month. If you came for an overnight stay Buffalo Trail Camping Area is a tremendous location to camp; Pine Lake is not far at all from Chillicothe. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the West Rim Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood,

| | and Sproat Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this site. Pine Lake is close to Carney Hollow which is certainly worth a visit; a lake close by is Gillums Lake. High temperatures at Pine Lake during the summertime are in the 80's.
