The scenery at Ilg Pond Dam near Pin Oak Lake is lovely, and this is a popular site for folks from Canton-Massillon. The snow is splendid at Brandywine; Red Carpet Inn Massillon is a splendid spot to get some rest. A lake nearby is Crystal Lakes;       some of the water nearby flows, like Mudbrook Creek. From a rainfall point of view Pin Oak Lake is a reasonably common site; May is when you get the most rain here while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Glenmoor Country Club is a good spot to spend a night or two, and a day on the slopes of Boston Mills is just what you need. Through the summer months here at Pin Oak Lake,                  high temperatures typically reach the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Pin Oak Lake are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful.
