If you like skiing, you're in luck; Brandywine is in the neighborhood of Paw Paw Lake, and you can go for a hike on the Mohawk Trail. You can see McConougheys Hill from Paw Paw Lake, and for you golfers we recommend close by Berkshire Hills Golf Club. At Paw Paw Lake all through the summertime highs are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the       60's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Paw Paw Lake temperatures plunge to the 10's. From a precipitation point of view Paw Paw Lake is a relatively typical site; September is when you get the most rain here while February is ordinarily the driest month. There are tremendous sites to explore along the Mushers Trail, and Cuyahoga Valley National Recreation Area is a very pleasant place                  to visit. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Beach Trail, and the snow is magnificent at Alpine Valley. In case you don’t mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Chagrin River - Aurora Branch, and while you're here you will meet lots of people from close by Akron. After a long day outdoors Aurora Inn Of Mario S International is a great location to spend a night or two; camping at Paw Paw Lake is nice fun, Woodside Lake Park is a nice local campground.
