Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Paint Creek Lake. Not far from Paint Creek Lake, you'll stumble on Hickory Hills Lake which is a gorgeous lake; great hiking is available along the Bench Trail. There's perfect hiking along the Wildwood Trail, and soar down the rapids of Paint Creek in a kayak. This                  lake is so wonderful.
