The beauty of Owen Pond attracts many people from all around. | | Inn Express Lordstown/Newton Falls(Warren is a good place to spend a night or two, and if you get bored of Owen Pond you could also stop by close by Moss Beach Club Lake.
Whitewater paddling is pleasant on Big Creek; a lake nearby is Lake Estabrook. Good hiking is available along the Clubmoss Trail, and close by you hit upon nice places like Parkman Gorge. Camping is available at Kool Lakes Campground; dry warm beds await you at Econo Lodge Newton Falls.

This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Owen Pond; Beaver Run Trail is a good local trail. Through the summertime here at Owen Pond, high temperatures commonly reach the 70's. Summer overnight lows drop down
to the 50's. During the wintertime highs are commonly in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Owen Pond. This lake is so wonderful. The scenery at Owen Pond Dam in the vicinity of Owen Pond is lovely, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Beech Ridge Trail.
