Summer brings highs in the 80's to Nettle Lake; during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 20's, and all through the dark hours in the winter at Nettle Lake temperatures descend to the 10's. There are plenty of people from Angola here at Nettle Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Ramada Inn Bryan-Montpelier. If you came for an overnight stay       Camp Diclair is a good site to camp, and some of the water nearby flows, like Mill Stream Drain. Camping at Nettle Lake is great fun, Funny Farm Campground is a great local campground; Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Bryan-Montpelier is a fine spot to get some rest. From a precipitation point of view Nettle Lake is a relatively normal spot; the wettest month of the year is generally July, that's the one that rains the most, and January meanwhile is the driest                  month. This lake is so wonderful. Very good water scenery is available at Kohl Lake Dam near Nettle Lake, and not far from Nettle Lake you'll find Hays Lake which is a delightful lake.
