After a long day outdoors Hampton Inn Akron-South, Oh is a wonderful spot to spend a night or two, and you can stay the night at Clay's Park Resort. Mud Lake gets a typical amount of yearly precipitation; during the month of May you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is January. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Cuyahoga River is so much fun, and skiing at Boston Mills is one       of those things you just should do. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Turkeyfoot Golf Course is in the vicinity, as expected you could also pop by Portage Lakes since you're here; it's not far at all. This place, Mud Lake, it simply has so much outdoors entertaining stuff. A spree to Cuyahoga Valley National Recreation Area is recommended; Clays Park Resort is a fine campground nearby. Summertime highs at Mud Lake frequently tend to                  be in the 80's; all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Mud Lake. This lake is so wonderful. A great nearby hotel is Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites AKRON SOUTH (AIRPORT AREA); don't forget to go to Latham Bay if you're here. Mud Lake is a site with many visitors from Akron, and the scenery at West Reservoir Dam is striking. But wait, there's more to do in close proximity to Mud Lake. Feeder Race River is a delightful local stream; a lake nearby is Turkeyfoot Lake.
