Go for a hike on the Sassafras Horse Trail; do visit McGill Pond, it's a beautiful lake. It's a beautiful lake, though much, if not most, is inaccessible due to ''private propery''. It appears there are several new access areas however. One can drive entirely around it in less than 30 minutes. The area around the damn, and the area around the other end (the ''Big Walnut Creek'' flow into the lake is also very nice. It's sorta hard to find a quiet area as it is near Columbus. It's well worth a visit.... |
