If the weather is glorious here at Montmere Lake, you can go for a hike along the Iroquois Trail, and Paine Creek is a good whitewater spot close by. This lake is so wonderful. Hidden Valley Golf Course is a golf course close to Montmere Lake, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Beach Trail. If only every place had this much outdoors fun things, what a great planet it would be. Lake Chawaukee is a       nearby lake that you could stop by, and dry warm beds await you at Howard Johnson Express Inn. The yearly rainfall here at Montmere Lake is about average; September is the wettest month with most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month.
