Miranda Pond is always a pleasure to visit. This lake is so wonderful. Everybody close by loves skiing at Boston Mills, and a quick visit to North Branch West Branch Rocky River is definitely a wonderful idea. Visiting Cuyahoga Valley National Recreation Area is just something you need to do if you haven't yet, and dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - Medina. And if that's not enough, there's a heap more to do next to Miranda Pond. Camping at Miranda Pond

| | is glorious fun, Willow Lake Park is a glorious local campground; if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Bunker Hill Golf Course is in the neighborhood.
Miranda Pond is a good location to camp, Bonita-osage Park is a good location; float down the rapids of Rocky River - North Branch in a kayak. This lake is so wonderful. The smiling folks of Wooster like to hang out nearby, and the slopes of Brandywine are so inviting noone can resist. You're | |

possibly interested in lakes, Forest Lake is one of those close by; after a long day outdoors Red Roof Inn Medina, Oh is a great place to spend a night or two.
During the warmest time of the year here at Miranda Pond, high temperatures
ordinarily reach the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 60's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime are in the 30's, and night lows at Miranda Pond through the winter frequently fall into
the 10's. Miranda Pond gets a normal amount of rain; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain, and January is the month with the least moisture. Miranda Pond Dam is delightful and it's in the vicinity of Miranda Pond; if you come at the right time of year, Rocky River - West Branch offers some splendid whitewater.
