This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Little Beaver Creek is so much fun, and Midway Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Chaparral Family Campground is a splendid local campground. Through the summertime months, highs typically are in the 80's at Midway Lake; the night is fairly cooler of course, ordinarily in the       50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and nighttime lows at Midway Lake during the winter regularly plunge into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Little Beaver Creek has a good whitewater paddling spot close by; hiking is a popular thing to do around Midway Lake; Vondergreen Trail is a fine local trail. Why not pop by Salem Reservoir South Embankment Dam if you're here, and not far from Midway Lake you'll stumble on Salem Reservoir which is                  a picturesque lake. Midway Lake gets a common amount of yearly rainfall; most of the rain falls throughout July while January is frequently the driest month. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a perfect time here at Midway Lake. Guilford Bog is an attention-grabbing swamp in the vicinity of Midway Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Hampton Inn Suites YoungstownCanfield. Furnace Hollow is a wonderful place to stop by nearby, and you'll in all probability meet some people from East Liverpool-Salem here. Now, you may think that's a load but there's even more fun stuff to do here at Midway Lake. Lakes? Sure, Salem Reservoir is around here, and Twin Springs Golf Course is a perfect golf course close by.
