Midway Lake is a wet spot that gets a great deal of rainfall; June is the month that gets the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. If the weather is good here at Midway Lake, you can go for a hike along       the Beaver Run Trail; a delightful spot for whitewater paddling is Grand River.
