An average amount of precipitation falls at McClintock Lake; the wettest month of the year is regularly May, that's the one that rains the most while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to McClintock Lake. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's       to McClintock Lake. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this site. Near McClintock Lake you find a golf course called Tamarac Golf Club. A wonderful close by hotel is Lima Knights Inn; lakes are such calm sites, why not have a look at Refinery Reservoir. You'll meet a lot of folks from Lima here, and if you need a spot to stay Fairfield Inn By Marriott Lima is a great choice. McClintock Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Wapakoneta/Lima                  South KOA is a pleasant local campground, and why not pop by McClintock Lake Dam while you're here. This lake is so wonderful.
