This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Tamsin RV Park. There's so much to do here at Mannings Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Clays Park Resort is a delightful location for that. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Mannings Pond while night lows are typically in the 50's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Mannings Pond. That right       there is heaps already, but it keeps on going; Mannings Pond has it all. Lake Nesmith is a wonderful lake in the vicinity of Mannings Pond; a glorious close by hotel is The Quaker Square Inn at the University of Akron. Time spent at Turkeyfoot Beach near Mannings Pond is always magnificent, and if you need a site to stay The Akron City Centre Hotel is a perfect choice. A brilliant location for whitewater paddling close to Mannings Pond is Cuyahoga River, and                  Mannings Pond is not far at all from Akron. Mannings Pond is a good place of normal rain; May is the month that gets the most rain; January is the month with the least moisture. Everybody close by loves skiing at Boston Mills; if you have time, Cuyahoga Valley National Recreation Area is a national park worth visiting.
