Camping is available at Turtle Creek Campground, and after a long day outdoors La Quinta Inn Piqua is a glorious spot to spend a night or two. There's always Lockington Dam to explore near Lockington Reservoir, and there is a glorious hiking trail nearby called the Possum Hollow Trail. A lake nearby is Swift Run Lake, and why not camp at Hickory Hill Lakes since you're here at Lockington Reservoir. A normal       amount of precipitation falls here at Lockington Reservoir; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain, and January is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. You could also go to Decker Lake while you're here at Lockington Reservoir; it's close by; a round of golf at nearby Piqua Country Club is a great way to kill some time. The North Bay Trail is a good hiking trail near Lockington Reservoir; if you need a spot to stay Comfort Inn Piqua                  is a wonderful choice. Summertime highs at Lockington Reservoir regularly tend to be in the 80's. Summer overnight lows drop down to the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's, and overnight lows during the winter for Lockington Reservoir tend to be in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Yeah, come here to Lockington Reservoir for a great time.
