Through the months of summer highs here at Lake Marinole       reach the 80's with overnight lows in the 60's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's; night lows at Lake Marinole through the wintertime typically dip into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Heron Run Trail is always a good adventure, and if you came for an overnight stay Miller's Gun Club and Camp Grnds is a tremendous spot to camp. If only every location had this much outdoors fun stuff, what a great globe it                  would be. Lake Marinole Dam is worth going to while you're here, and an afternoon playing golf at NCR Country Club is always a pleasure. A normal amount of rainfall falls here at Lake Marinole; throughout the month of May you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is January. Get your heart pumping on the fine whitewater of Caesar Creek; camping is available at Caesar Creek Camping. Go for a hike on the Beech Ridge Trail; most likely you're looking for close by lakes? Sure, Tait Station Reservoir is just a very short distance away. This lake is so wonderful.
