The Natural Gorge Trail offers hiking at its best. What a place this                  is for outdoors folks. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Lake Forest; Deer Hollow Trail is a perfect local trail; Lake Forest Dam is not far at all from Lake Forest. High temperatures at Lake Forest throughout the warmest time of the year are in the 80's. Summer overnight lows sink down to the 60's.
