Get covered with water paddling on Little Beaver Creek, and don't leave Lake Copeland without first going for a hike along the Vondergreen Trail. During the summertime, highs frequently are in the 80's at Lake Copeland. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures       at Lake Copeland drop into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. There's always Lake Copeland Dam to have a look at in the vicinity of Lake Copeland. Lakes are wonderful; Big Rock Lake is a lake that's near Lake Copeland; you can go for a hike on the Dogwood Trail. Paddling on Little Beaver Creek is so much fun, and if you came for an overnight stay Cherry Valley Camp Ground is a tremendous place to camp. A fine nearby hotel is Quality Inn & Suites, and why                  not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Copeland Hills Golf Course. Be careful coming to Lake Copeland, you might not ever want to return back home again. Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Youngstown (N. Lima/Boardman) is a great location to get some rest, and there are good places to explore along the Pine Ridge Trail. This lake is so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of people from East Liverpool-Salem here, and camping at Lake Copeland is wonderful fun, Terrace Lakes Campground is a wonderful local campground.
