There's so much to do here at Lake Amanda that you need to camp here for a while, Maag E-z Camp Area is a brilliant place for that; golf can be played at Oaks Golf Club Department. A normal amount of precipitation falls here at Lake Amanda; through June this area sees the most rain while February is mostly the driest month. Knights Inn Wapakoneta is a wonderful spot to get some rest, and while you're       here you will meet lots of folks from nearby Lima. Summertime at Lake Amanda comes with high temperatures in the 80's while overnight lows are ordinarily in the 60's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and overnight lows at Lake Amanda during the winter commonly dip into the 10's. Sims Run is a stream that you may come across during your stay.
