What a nice lake Knechtly Pond is. A common amount of rain falls here at Knechtly Pond; May is the month that gets the most rain; January is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. There are perfect places to look at along the Southwoods Trail. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Little Miami River, and a golf course nearby is Kingswood Golf Course. You can take a little journey to Knechtly Pond Dam since you're here at Knechtly Pond, and dry warm beds await you at La Quinta Inn Cincinnati-Northeast.

Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Red Roof Inn Cincinnati Northeast - Mason is a wonderful location to get some rest; there is a brilliant hiking trail nearby called the Beechtree Trail. At Knechtly Pond you always meet
someone from Cincinnati-Middletown, and going for a hike on the Lakeview Trail is always a perfect adventure. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Camp is always a magnificent experience, and do visit Cactus Lake, it's a stunning lake.
