What a nice lake Kings Lake is. During the months of summer at Kings Lake temperatures are typically in the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 30's while Kings Lake night low temperatures through the winter are in the 10's. Kings Lake. Neshannock Creek is a magnificent whitewater spot close to Kings Lake, and there's great hiking along the Pine Ridge Trail.
Kings Lake gets a typical amount of rain; of all the months in a year June is the one with
the most rain while February is generally the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Kings Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Homestead Campground is a brilliant spot for that; in case you don’t mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Little Beaver Creek.
