A wonderful location to camp here at Kenton Lake is Lazy Dog Camp-Resort, and needless to say Black Fork flows through this vicinity. All through the warmest time of the year at Kenton Lake highs are generally in the 80's while nighttime lows are ordinarily in the 60's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 30's; night lows in the 10's for Kenton Lake. If you want a nice time in the great outdoors, just come       on down to Kenton Lake. Going for a hike on the Acorn Trail is always a great adventure. Red Roof Inn Jackson, Oh is a nice spot to get some rest, and a nice location to visit is Hunt Hollow. This lake is so wonderful. There is a fine hiking trail close to Kenton Lake called the Deer Hollow Trail; there are other locations here than Kenton Lake, for example Donta Pond. Near Kenton Lake you discover the Natural Gorge Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail,                  and after a long day outdoors Jackson-Days Inn is a great place to spend a night or two.
