There are plenty of folks from Dayton here at Huffman Reservoir; Little Sugar Creek is in close proximity to Huffman Reservoir and is always a joy to pop by. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Fairfield Inn By Marriott Dayton South is a great site to spend a night or two. There's whitewater on Mad River for all you adrenaline people, and there's       great hiking along the Arboretum Trail. An average amount of rain falls at Huffman Reservoir; May is the month that gets the most rain; January meanwhile is the driest month. Having a perfect time at Huffman Reservoir is simple. Huffman Dam is a stunning place close to Huffman Reservoir, and camping is available at Miller's Gun Club and Camp Grnds. At Huffman Reservoir through the warmest time of the year highs are in the 80's. All through the dark hours                  of summer temperatures fall down into the 60's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and throughout the dark hours in the winter at Huffman Reservoir temperatures plunge to the 10's. Golf can be played at Sugar Valley Country Club, and the Lakeview Trail offers hiking at its best. If you came for an overnight stay Spring Valley Frontier Campground is a good location to camp, and Huffman Reservoir is right by the Beechnut Loop Trail.
