There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Lake Hodgson. Lake Hodgson is great enough to spend more than a day at, Tucaway Lake Campground is a great local campground; get your pulse rate up on the magnificent whitewater of Cuyahoga River. A wonderful nearby hotel is Kent Super 8 Motel, also Muddy Lake Dam is worth going to if you're here. Through the summertime months at Lake Hodgson highs are       mostly in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's typically in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's; after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Lake Hodgson sink into the 10's. Take a hike on the Mohawk Trail. There's so much to do here at Lake Hodgson that you need to camp here for a while, Hidden Valley Camp Ground is a delightful spot for that. Have a great hiking adventure along the Iroquois Trail; if you need a spot                  to stay Akron - Days Inn Kent is a good choice. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Beech Ridge Trail, and Boston Mills is a very popular ski area close by. Lake Hodgson gets a normal amount of rain; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain, and January is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Golf can be played at Kent State University Golf Course, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at nearby Muddy Lake.
