Hitler Pond is always a pleasure to visit. Lick Run is a good local stream, and if the weather is glorious, you can go for a hike along the Hargus Lake Trail. Dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Circleville, and Hitler Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Airy Acres Campgrounds is a great local campground. This lake is so wonderful.

This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Circleville Knights Inn is a nice choice; if you've had enough of Hitler Pond, Davenport Pond is close by. There is a perfect hiking trail close to Hitler
Pond called the Five Oaks Trail; there are plenty of folks from Chillicothe here. Camping at Lake Hill Campground is always a good experience, and on a magnificent day you can take a hike along the Squawroot Nature Trail.
