The beauty of Greenfield Lake attracts many people from all around. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Lancaster is a fine place to spend a night or two; Campgrounds is a good campground nearby. For the duration of the long summer days at Greenfield Lake highs are generally in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's generally in the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and winter nights

| | come with lows in the 10's to Greenfield Lake. Greenfield Lake is right by the Sassafras Horse Trail, and do take a hike on the West Rim Trail.
