Dry warm beds await you at Econo Lodge Urbana, and hiking along the Lakeview Trail is wonderful fun. The yearly rain here at First Price Pond is about average; most of the rain falls through July; February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Little Miami River next to First Price Pond, and if you're a golfer then a delightful close by course is Woodland Golf Club. First       Price Pond in fact is in the middle of a striking outdoors paradise. Camping at Meadow Lake Resort is always a perfect experience, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Urbana here. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to First Price Pond, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at First Price Pond fall into the 10's. If the weather is                  pleasant here at First Price Pond, you can go for a hike along the Possum Hollow Trail, and a glorious location to camp here at First Price Pond is Hidden Oakes Campground.
