You don’t have to go far from Firestone Reservoir to catch a glimpse of the water at Tuscarawas River Diversion Dam, and if you need a place to stay Comfort Inn Akron is a great choice. There are plenty of folks from Akron here at Firestone Reservoir, and not far from Firestone Reservoir you'll discover Cottage Grove Lake which is a beautiful lake. If you came for an overnight       stay Landing is a great site to camp, and a day on the slopes of Brandywine is just what you need. If only every place had this much outdoors entertaining stuff, what a great globe it would be. Don't forget to take a great little tour to Feeder Race River; Cuyahoga Valley National Recreation Area is a tremendous site close by. This lake is so wonderful. Firestone Raymond C Golf Course & Practice Range is a good golf course close by, and if you like skiing,                  you're in luck; Boston Mills is pretty near. Firestone Reservoir gets a common amount of yearly precipitation; throughout the month of May you get the most rain around here, and January is the month with the least moisture. The warmest time of the year at Firestone Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are regularly in the 30's with temperatures at Firestone Reservoir dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Cuyahoga River, and a fine close by hotel is Red Roof Inn Akron South.
