Factory Pond is always a pleasure to visit. Factory Pond is right by the Buckhorn Trail, and an afternoon playing golf at Woodland Golf Club is always a pleasure. The Lakeview Trail offers hiking at its best, and after a long day outdoors Econo Lodge Urbana is a magnificent spot to spend a night or two. So much entertaining stuff to do at Factory Pond, so little time. Factory Pond is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Meadow Lake Resort is a nice local

| | campground, and Country Hearth Inn Urbana is a nice spot to get some rest.
This lake is so wonderful. What would winter be without some skiing at Mad River; get yourself into a kayak and hit Massie's Creek. Hiking along the Possum Hollow Trail is delightful fun; folks from Urbana love to come here.
Factory Pond gets a common amount of annual rainfall; during the month of July you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is February. | |

This lake is so wonderful. You're most likely keen on lakes, Cranes Pond is one of those nearby, and get soaked paddling on Little Miami River. At Factory Pond through the summertime highs are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures
descend down into the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Factory Pond are in the 10's.
This is a good region for folks who like lakes. Second Price Pond is a lake close at hand, and a great spot to camp here at Factory Pond is Ohio State Eagles Campground.
