Hiking is a popular thing to do around Evans Lake; Red Fox Trail is a great local trail. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Evans Lake has
to offer, you can camp at Stonelick Lake State Park. There's so much to do here at Evans Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Green Meadows Campgrounds is a wonderful location for that, and folks from Wilmington love to come
here. The high level of rain makes Evans Lake a rather wet location; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
