There's so much to do here at East Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Clays Park Resort is a delightful site for that. Whitewater paddling is brilliant on Cuyahoga River, and a golf course close by is Turkeyfoot Golf Course. This lake is so wonderful.       Gotta ski! Brandywine is a great place to do that; if you need a site to stay Hampton Inn Akron-South, Oh is a magnificent choice. High temperatures at East Reservoir during the summer months are in the 80's. Summer overnight lows descend down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at East Reservoir. If you came to camp Clear Water Park Camping Resort is a nice location to do that, and a quick                  visit to Feeder Race River is definitely a nice idea. You can take a little visit to East Reservoir Dam since you're here at East Reservoir, and after a long day outdoors Red Roof Inn Akron South is a great site to spend a night or two. If time allows, Cuyahoga Valley National Recreation Area is a national park worth stopping at. The annual precipitation here at East Reservoir is about average; May is the wettest month with most rain, and January is the month with the least moisture. One of the best things about East Reservoir is its proximity to Turkeyfoot Beach, and East Reservoir is not far at all from Akron. This lake is so wonderful.
