If you are in this part of Ohio make sure to pay a visit to Dodge Pond. While you're here at Dodge Pond you can take a hike along the Paw Paw Trail, and Ohio Brush Creek Campground is a magnificent local campground. There is a delightful hiking trail close to Dodge Pond called the George Trail, and after a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Seaman is a magnificent location to spend a night or two. There are some great whitewater spots on Straight Creek, and Dodge Pond Dam is a wonderful place, beyond doubt worth stopping at. If you came for an overnight stay Twin Islands Campground is a good spot to camp, and if you need a spot to stay Days Inn Maysville is a great choice. This lake is so wonderful.

of the year is regularly May, that's the one that rains the most; February is the month with the least moisture. During the summertime highs here at Dodge Pond get into the 80's, and the night is slightly colder of course, generally
in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Dodge Pond plunge into the 10's. If only every site had this much outdoors fun things, what a great
globe it would be. On a perfect day at Dodge Pond you can take a hike along the Deer Loop Trail, and the panorama of Cave Hill is stunning.
