Dry warm beds await you at Econo Lodge Kent, and Brandywine is a good local ski area. During the summertime at Congress Lake highs are ordinarily in the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures       plunge down into the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Congress Lake plunge into the 10's. After a long day outdoors Kent Super 8 Motel is a pleasant site to spend a night or two; since you're here you can play some golf at Lake View Golf Course. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Cuyahoga River. There's                  so much to do here at Congress Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Friendship Acres Park is a great place for that.
