    Why not stop by Cloverdale Lake if you're passing through these parts. The Erie Trail is a perfect hiking trail in the vicinity of Cloverdale Lake, and after a long day outdoors Renaissance Quail Hollow Resort is a great site to spend a night or two. If the weather is delightful here at Cloverdale Lake, you can go for a hike along the Mushers Trail, and Cloverdale Lake Dam is an out of the ordinary thing to check out. For the period of the warm days of summer highs  
   here at Cloverdale Lake reach the 80's, and the night is somewhat cooler of course, usually in the 60's. Highs through the winter are mostly in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Cloverdale Lake dip into the 10's.
This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Cloverdale Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Windrush Hollow Camp is a good place for that; if you came to camp Heritage Hills Campgrounds
 
               is a glorious location to do that. You could also have a look at L'Alouette Plumee Lake if you're here at Cloverdale Lake; it's nearby, and Big Creek is a delightful whitewater spot close by.
Near Cloverdale Lake you find a golf course called Painesville Country Club, and Alpine Valley is a very popular ski area nearby. So much cool stuff to do here at Cloverdale Lake, too perfect to be true. There is a great hiking trail next to Cloverdale Lake called the Beach Trail; why not explore close by Big Creek while you're here at Cloverdale Lake. From a rainfall point of view Cloverdale Lake is a pretty common place; September is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month of the year is February.
This lake is so wonderful. Quail Hollow Resort is a wonderful place to get some rest, and a good location for whitewater paddling is Kellogg Creek.
