Clouse Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Logan, Oh is a magnificent place to spend a night or two, and there are some great whitewater spots on Rocky Fork. The yearly precipitation here at Clouse Lake is about average; the wettest month of the year is frequently May, that's the one that rains the most, and February is when it's the driest. High temperatures at Clouse Lake all through the warm months are in the 80's with overnight lows in the 60's. During the winter the highs are mostly in the 30's with temperatures at Clouse Lake dipping down into the 10's all through winter nights. Dam is not far at all from Clouse Lake, and a golf course nearby is Rushcreek Golf Course. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Licking River, and if you need a place to stay Amerihost Inn - Logan is a great choice.

flowing water? Try Somerset Creek. There's so much to do here at Clouse Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Buckeye Lake/Columbus East KOA is a tremendous location for that; Rush Creek Structure 3a Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could take a look at.
