the only one. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Bench Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region; after a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Chillicothe is a perfect place to spend a night or two. All
through the months of summer at Christian Union Church Lake temperatures are generally in the 80's while nighttime lows are ordinarily in the 60's. For the period of the winter the highs are frequently in the 30's, and through the
dark hours in the wintertime at Christian Union Church Lake temperatures descend to the 10's.
This lake is so wonderful. A great close by hotel is AmeriStay Waverly, and L B Camping is a tremendous campground nearby. Minnehan Run flows through this area; a pleasant spot for whitewater paddling is Rocky Fork Creek.
