 | 17 miles away This lake has been public fishing since it opened, long before I was born. Apparently now the surrounding landowner has taken over the only road to the lake. I'm not sure exactly how this happened, as it's illegal to landlock a property that's already had a right of way granted, and also illegal to raise livestock on government property.
