Cave Lake is a lake worth visiting. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Cave Lake; Fort Trail is a great local trail. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun stuff at Cave Lake. Get wet paddling on Rocky Fork Creek, and don't forget to take a great little tour to Little Sunfish Creek. High temperatures at Cave Lake through the long summer days are in the 80's. The Bench Trail offers hiking at its best; camping at Cave Lake is perfect fun, Long's Retreat and Campground is a perfect local campground. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. L B Camping is a great campground here, and dry warm beds await you at Hillsboro Days Inn. Cave Lake Dam is an out of the ordinary thing to check
out, and you can catch a sight of Humphrey Hill from Cave Lake. Cave Lake gets a lot of water; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and February on the other hand is the driest.
Comfort Inn Seaman is a tremendous location to get some rest; if you like skiing, you're in luck; Spicy Run Mountain is reasonably near.
