The beauty of Cactus Lake is reason enough to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. Have a glorious hiking adventure along the Lakeview Trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Miami Trails Hoa is a great location to camp. Here at Cactus Lake there are plenty of people from Cincinnati-Middletown, and a splendid close by hotel is Cincinnati - Days Inn Kings Island. The scenery at Knechtly Pond Dam close to Cactus Lake is picturesque.

| | Hiking along the Beechtree Trail is splendid fun, and golf can be played at Kingswood Golf Course. Man, is there a load of fun stuff to do near Cactus Lake. There's some flowing water nearby, Polk Run is a stream you can stop by while here, and lakes are such calm locations, why not check out Lake Isabella. Yogi Bear's Jellystone Camp is a pleasant campground nearby; a stunning lake like Lake Chetac is a great spot to have a look at.
