Through the summertime months at Burr Oak Reservoir temperatures are commonly in the 80's while nighttime lows are usually in the 50's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's while Burr Oak Reservoir overnight low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. There's perfect hiking along the Wild Cat Hollow Hiking Trail. This       lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Buckeye Trail; you can stay the night at Burr Oak Cove Campground. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Burr Oak Reservoir; Beaver Pond Trail is a great local trail, and Tom Jenkins Dam is a picturesque spot, positively worth checking out. You imagine that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. Don't forget to take a great little spree to Long Run, and Forest Hills Golf Course is a golf course                  close by.
