It's a good idea to visit Rainbow Run, it's near Blue Hole, and Blue Hole is a good place to visit for more than one day, Forest Lake Camping and Fishing is a good place to camp nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such calm places, why not stop by Flacks Pond close to Blue Hole, and a nice place to check out is Clifton Gorge. This lake is so wonderful. Near Blue Hole you hit upon the South Gorge Trail which is a fine       hiking trail; a round of golf at nearby W G C Golf Course is a good way to kill some time. You'll meet a lot of folks from Springfield here, and Rei Lakes is a magnificent campground nearby. Throughout the warm months here at Blue Hole, high temperatures frequently get into the 80's. Summer nighttime lows plunge down to the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Blue Hole. Any time is                  a good time at Blue Hole if you adore the outdoors. After a long day outdoors Comfort Suites Springfield is a delightful place to spend a night or two; you can run the rapids of Little Miami River. Going for a hike on the Arboretum Trail is always a wonderful adventure, and dry warm beds await you at Red Roof Inn Springfield. Blue Hole is a good site of common rain; through the month of July you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is January. This spot is so good, just look at all the entertaining things to do close to Blue Hole. Cedarville Reservoir is a good lake near Blue Hole, and the Orton Memorial Trail is a magnificent hiking trail nearby.
